The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the District of Delaware was happy to welcome University of Maryland rising Senior, Cassidy Shelley, for a U.S. Probation job shadowing day. Ms. Shelley met with U.S. Probation Officers and learned about our day-to-day activities to include an overview of our Pretrial Services, Presentence and Post Conviction units. Additionally, she learned about our office Safety program and participated in several of our MILO system scenarios.

The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office values our relationship with other Federal agencies to include the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Public Defender’s Office, to name a few.
